These terms govern your use of DayForge, developed and operated by AbleWorks Digital. By downloading or using DayForge, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the app

DayForge is a personal productivity and scheduling application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or replicate proprietary scheduling algorithms

2. Subscriptions and payments

DayForge offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium features are available via monthly, annual, or lifetime purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies

3. Your data

All task and schedule data is stored locally on your device. AbleWorks Digital does not have access to your personal data. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data. We recommend using the export feature (Premium) to back up your data before uninstalling.

4. Availability

We aim to keep DayForge available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

5. Intellectual property

DayForge, its name, logo, and all associated content are the property of AbleWorks Digital. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

DayForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that scheduling suggestions will be suitable for your specific circumstances. You use the app at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbleWorks Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DayForge.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
